Background

Bay State Concierge was a vision conceived of by owner and operator, Robyne Jerome, long before personal concierge services began getting popular. Robyne believed that if she could provide busy individuals with a vehicle for achieving their day-to-day tasks, she could help transform the quality of their lives. After an extensive period of thought-provoking research, and encouragement from family and friends, she resolved to make her concept a reality, and in spring of 2005 launched Bay State Concierge LLC.

Prior to starting her company, Robyne enjoyed a diverse professional career that included filmmaking, bar tendering, and sales. Although vastly different in nature, they embodied the one thing she loves most: interfacing with her customers. Robyne has always possessed an underlying passion for furnishing her customers with a positive end result, and it is a role she takes very seriously. Robyne’s commitment to excellence, every day, validates her core belief system that all people should be treated with dignity, respect, and appreciation. That philosophy is at the heart of how she manages her own business today. To put it in the profound words of British writer Douglas Adams…“To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.”
