Some Guidelines:
Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM until 6:30 PM. Service requests outside of normal business hours will be subject to an additional charge of $10 per hour.
There is a one-hour minimum on all requests for service. Service calls that exceed a one-hour period will be calculated in fifteen-minute intervals. Thus, you will not lose a full hour for a ninety-minute service call.
Packages are effective for a one-month period. Unused hours of service may be carried over to the following month provided a new package is purchased.
Materials, expenses and taxes are all additional charges on top of the hourly rate and package prices.
Mileage is included in the hourly rate for travel within a thirty-mile perimeter. Travel beyond that distance will be charged an additional rate of forty-five cents per mile.
