Bay State Concierge Terms and Conditions

All monthly membership packages must be paid for in advance using cash, personal check, or with a Bay State Concierge gift certificate. |

Payment for all “A La Carte” services will be due upon completion. |
  |
All additional service charges incurred such as groceries, retail items or event tickets will be due upon completion of service. |

A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services. |
  |
Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client does not provide alternate method of payment upon completion of services. |
| Hours of Operation |

Normal business hours are from 8:30am until 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. |
| Terms |

We ask that you provide a 24-hour notification on all requests. We will make every attempt to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis. |

If services are requested outside of Bay State Concierge’s standard business hours, additional charges may apply. |
  |
All unused package hours may be carried over to the next month as long as another monthly package is purchased; for example if a client has 2 hours left on their first month’s package, those hours may be rolled over; with purchase of a new 5 hour package, the client now has 7 hours of service for the following month. |

Bay State Concierge holds the right to refuse any business it feels may be unsafe or inappropriate for its employees. |
  |
Policies and procedures may change at the discretion of Bay State Concierge; however, our clients will always be notified prior to any change taking effect. |
